About us

Our team is comprised of Certified Wedding Planners through the internationally recognized Bridal Society. Pearl White Events is dedicated to helping the needs of clients by offering Day of Assistance, Month of Coordination, Partial Planning, Full Planning, Event Design, and other A La Carte services. Our goal is the capture every detail to create an unforgettable experience for all. We are committed to save you valuable time and energy so you may experience your event as you should.

We listen to our client’s needs, utilize our professional vendors, and apply our knowledge of the industry to plan and execute the perfect event. Kim was fantastic and our wedding was frankly the best wedding we’ve ever attended (no bias ; )! We hired her for partial planning services and she was very responsive to what we needed/wanted from the wedding planning experience. My now-husband and I needed some extra structure because we often found ourselves too busy with work/life to figure out what we needed to do by when. Additionally, we were planning a long-distance wedding. Per our request, she crafted a detailed timeline/plan early on so we knew what to expect each month and kept us on track with “homework” deadlines complete with google-calendar notifications and e-mail/phone check-ins. She was always mindful of our priorities and preferences and catered her service perfectly to us. She has great vendor contacts and many of the vendors that we initially found on our own before hiring her actually already knew her and had only glowing reviews to share. Our wedding was “by far the best wedding” our guests had ever been to, according to most of the guests that attended. And it truly was “planned to perfection.” It was not the typical wedding, it was a gay wedding, set at the Casa Feliz in Winter Park … It was something so intimate yet classy and regal, as well as fun and not stuffy, and it was all thanks to Kim Tran, who I can say is probably the best wedding planner around! Kim is a visionary and loves using her creativity and organization talent to bring ideas to life. She has always had a knack for planning and design. Upon graduating from the University of Central Florida she started freelancing as an event planner. She applied her work ethics and knowledge from corporate America to build the business from the ground up. Kim’s friendly personality makes it easy for clients to get along with. She is a quick learner and not afraid to take charge. In her free time, she enjoys DIY projects, designing, fashion, home décor, organizing, and looking for inspiration around her. Her love for design and planning is evident in the work she produces. She is excited to share her vision and dedication to channeling her energy towards creating memorable events for her clients.

Laura graduated from Valencia College with a degree in Architecture and has some Interior Design background from Seminole State College. She is extremely compassionate, passionate, sensitive, warm, nurturing, multifaceted and creative. Her interest for design comes from her passion for music and art. She is an artist and loves to paint, draw, sculpt, craft and create all sorts of things. She also sings and love listening to all kinds of music. Laura finds enjoyment when she comes up with creative new designs and is a firm believer that details are the most important thing that makes an everlasting impact, which she puts a big emphasis on small details to complete the bigger picture. Her ultimate goal in life is to make a difference in all those who she comes in contact with by having their best interest at heart.

Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Stephanie has a love of and passion for event planning which began at a very young age. She has nearly a decade of experience working in many aspects of the industry including wedding coordinating, corporate events, and fundraising benefits. Stephanie graduated from the Rosen College of Hospitality at the University of Central Florida, with a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management. Stephanie’s formal education, combined with her natural gifts of organization, creativity, strong leadership and communication skills, and contagious enthusiasm and positivity have earned her a reputation of exceptional distinction. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys photography, visiting new restaurants, traveling with her husband, and spending time with her friends and family. She is excited to make new connections and friends within the industry, and to help create memorable moments for clients.

Bettina Tran is your go-to girl for running an effective event. Whether the event is big or small, she can coordinator and execute without hesitation. While as a student at the University of Central Florida, Bettina has planned and executed numerous events for the community and various organizations. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Management and Entrepreneurship – in other words, she is very keen to time management and moving a program along. Bettina is currently the Marketing Director at Voight, P.A. running major campaigns and event planning for the firm. Her ability to adapt to any situation makes her a key asset to Pearl White Events.
